How to Diski
Step 1 The juggle (copy of a soccer move)
Step 2 The header (copy bouncing a soccer ball on your head)
Step 3 The Table Mountain (flat back i.e. keeping a soccer ball behind your head)
Step 4 The Trepa (by flicking the ball it moves from behind the neck over your head and onto your foot)
Step 5 The Bridge (passing the ball between your feet)
