This classic villa sits above the fishing village of Hout Bay near Cape Town, with stunning views out towards the Atlantic Ocean. The villa boasts four bedrooms, three with views of the ocean, and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed, and a picture window looking out over the ocean. More views are available on the terrace. There are wood-floored sitting and dining areas, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate TV area and outdoors a private swimming pool, with a brick barbeque. Two vehicles can be kept safely in the enclosed garages, which have automatic doors.
