The breakdown of the Self-Catering Apartments will be as follows:

Unit 1

Ground floor
- Extra-length King size bed in bedroom.
- Shower, bath, 2 basins, toilet, heater in bathroom.
- Lounge and dining room with LSD Flat TV and DSTV selected channels.
- Balcony off bedroom and lounge with braai facilities - awesome views of Britannia Bay and Main Beach.
- Kitchen with hob and oven, freezer/fridge, dishwasher.
- Secure on-site parking.

First floor
- Two extra length ¾ beds pushed together can be converted to king.
- Shower, basin and toilet.
- Balcony leading off bedroom with views of the beach, sea and the entire Shelley Point.

Unit 2

Ground floor
- Extra-length King size bed in bedroom.
- Reading room off main bedroom.
- Shower, bath, 2 basins, toilet, heater in bathroom.
- Lounge and dining room with LSD Flat TV and DSTV selected channels.
